By Fire Chief Chris Bell
February 15, 2022

At 12:15 hours Engine 11 (3 personnel), Truck 1 (4 personnel), and Chief 1 responded and operated in the 22300 block of Colton St in St. Clements Shores for a reported garage fire. Engine 11 laid a supply line into the scene finding a detached two car garage with smoke showing. Engine 11s crew deployed a handline finding debris and equipment in the garage on fire due to a gas heater. Chief 1 established the St. Clements Shores command and advised they would be operating with units from 1 and 7. Truck 1, and Tanker 74 assisted with checking for extension and opening up. The fire was quickly extinguished by Engine 11 with no extension. Gas and power was secured to the garage by Truck 7. Units operated on the scene for roughly 1 hour before returning back to service. No injuries were reported.

Units: Engine 11, Truck 1, Chief 1
